DeskWise IT is committed to delivering quality IT services. This policy explains your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.
Services Not Yet Started
If you need to cancel a service that has been quoted but not yet started, you may do so free of charge by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted amount.
Completed Services
IT services are delivered in real time — once work has been performed, it cannot be undone or “returned.” For this reason, completed services are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, please contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost. We take complaints seriously and will make reasonable efforts to correct any problem.
Partially Completed Services
If a project or service engagement is cancelled after work has begun, you will be invoiced for the time and materials used up to the point of cancellation, based on the agreed rate.
Ongoing Support Plans
Monthly support plans may be cancelled at any time with at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing date. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Prepaid monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period, but no further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.
Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or are unsatisfied with a resolution, please contact us at info@deskwiseit.nl. We aim to respond to all disputes within 5 business days. If we cannot reach a mutual resolution, you may pursue the matter through the competent court in Utrecht, Netherlands, in accordance with Dutch law.
